Introduction to Customer Services.



The delivery of high quality services, tailored to meet the needs of all our customers, is one of Limerick County Council’s core objectives – this quality service includes not only the level and quality of service given to our customers, but also the quality of our decision making processes, the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, the standard of our facilities and our ability to adapt in an ever-changing and increasingly complex environment.

The standards of service, which you can expect, are set out in our Customer Charter.

If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you should let us know so that we can work at improving this. We welcome your feedback and will deal with your complaints in confidence. We value your suggestions on how improvements can be made and compliments on a job well done as well as complaints.
