Household WEEE may be recycled “FREE of CHARGE” at the following locations
(1) At the Recycling Centres located in Newcastle West, Kilmallock and Mungret. For more information please visit: www.limerickrecyclingcentres.ie
(2) At any retail outlet - when one purchases an electric or electronic item, you may return an old electric or electronic item on a “like for like” basis e.g. if you purchase a new toaster, then you may bring in your old toaster which will then be recycled.
(3) If you are purchasing a large electric item e.g. a washing machine and having it delivered, the old washing machine can be taken away by the retailer for recycling.
PLEASE NOTE – ALL ITEMS FOR RECYCLING MUST BE CLEAN.
