- This form is sent from the Vehicle Registration Unit, Shannon, Co. Clare to be used – only in month stated -otherwise use RF100A form.
- Indicate tax period required and sign form.
- To be used only where owner details including address remain unchanged
.
ALTERNATIVELY FORM RF100A IF:
- You did not receive a reminder in the post.
- Arrears are due on the vehicle.
- You are the new owner of a vehicle.
- You wish to declare non-use for a period please have section 7 of this form stamped and signed at the garda station.
