Renewal of Full Licence

In order to renew your full licence you are required to produce the following. Application form: Complete application form. Current Licence: Current or most recently issued licence or if lost, a form stamped by the Gardai. Medical Report: If you have higher categories on your licence, e.g.: C1,C,D1,D,EC1,EC,ED1,ED, and wish to retain those categories you must submit a medical report (1 month limit).  If you do not want to retain those categories please complete the Higher Classes Declaration Form. Persons aged 70 or over must submit a medical report, regardless of whether they have higher categories or not. Two identical Passport Photographs: The reverse of both photographs must be signed by you. Fee: €25 - 10 year, €15 - 3 year, € 5 - 1 year, No fee for applicants over 70 years of age PPSN: Formerly called your RSI Number. Change of name (passport, marriage cert.). Change of address requires you  to produce a utility bill, bank statement etc. Note: Medical reports are only valid for 1 month from date of issue.
