NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 13(8) of the above Act, that on 25th June 2007 the Council of the County of Limerick, being the Planning Authority for County Limerick, made a variation to the Limerick County Development Plan 2005-2011 in order to reflect a change to include the new CLÁR areas in the County and the Electoral Divisions of Askeaton East, Iveruss and Loghill as Structurally Weak Areas in the Settlement Strategy of the Plan.
A copy of the County Development Plan as varied and written statement in accordance with the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulation 2004 are available for inspection at the places listed below during normal opening hours (and the copy shall be kept available for inspection accordingly).
