Planning and Development Act 2000-2004
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 13(8) of the above Act, that on 25th July 2005 the Council of the County of Limerick, being the Planning Authority for County Limerick, made a variation to the Limerick County Development Plan 2005-2011 in order to reduce the Area under Strong Urban Influence in the Plan.
A copy of the Development Plan as varied and written statement in accordance with Article 13Q of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulation 2004 are available for inspection at the places listed below during normal opening hours (and the copy shall be kept available for inspection accordingly).
