Limerick County Councils planning application forms are available at the planning front counter and also can be downloaded from the links below.
There are now two application forms. A standardised form introduced under the Planning & Development Regulations 2006 and also a supplementary form.
In order to ensure that a valid application is being submitted ,applicants should note that the following additional requirements were introduced under the Planning and Development Regulations 2006.
• A letter of consent is required where the applicant is not the legal owner of the land.
• Information should be submitted in relation to the on-site treatment system proposed and evidence as to the suitability of the site for the system proposed ( where the disposal of wastewater is other than a public sewer )
