There are two application forms. A main standardised form set out in Form No. 2 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2011 and also a supplementary form.
The supplementary form is required where the planning authority need supplementary information in order to determine whether the application conforms with the development plan.
Supplementary information should be completed if relevant to you. Failure to supply the supplementary information will not invalidate your planning application. However, if it is not supplied it may delay the decision-making process or lead to a refusal of permission.
