This map should be to a scale of not less than 1:500, with the scale clearly marked on it.
The site boundary should be clearly delineated in RED,
And the site layout plan must also show: -
· North point (correctly orientated),
· Adjoining buildings,
· Roads,
· Boundaries,
· Levels or contours of the land relative to an Ordnance Survey benchmark or a local Temporary Benchmark (TBM) and the finished floor level (FFL) of all proposed structures
· Position of the proposed septic tank and percolation area or wastewater treatment system and polishing filter,
· Approximate position of neighbouring septic tanks and percolation areas,
· Bored wells,
· Significant tree stands,
· And other features on, adjoining or in the vicinity of the land or structure to which the application relates shall be shown.
The site layout plan shall indicate, in figures (metric), the distance of any proposed structure from the boundaries of the proposed site.
The position of the site notice should also be shown on the site layout plan.
