Different Types of Permission

Outline Permission

You may wish to find out whether or not planning permission would be granted for a particular development, but reluctant to go to the expense of having detailed plans drawn up.  Where Limerick County Council grants outline permission it means that they agree with your proposal in principle, although it does not permit you to carry out any work.
