Limerick County Council is now inviting applications for inclusion in the Affordable Housing Register, this is in order to establish the level of interest and it may be some time before housing units become available.
If you are a first time buyer and in permanent employment you may apply to have your name included on the Affordable Housing Register.
Houses under the Affordable Housing Scheme will be sold at a lower price than the normal market value.
ELIGIBILITY WILL BE DETERMINED ON SUBMISSION OF A VALID AND COMPLETE APPLICATION WHEN THE HOUSING UNITS BECOME AVAILABLE.
The Council is particularly interested at this time, in receiving applications from persons interested in purchasing a house in a private estate in the following locations:
- KILMALLOCK
- NEWCASTLE WEST
- ABBEYFEALE
