Planning and Development Act, 2000 - 2004
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the County of Limerick has, in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act, prepared a Proposed Local Area Plan for Bruff.
A copy of the Proposed Bruff Local Area Plan may be inspected at the County Hall, Dooradoyle, County Limerick each day (exclusive of public holidays) from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, and at the Area Office in Kilmallock from 9.30 am to 4.30pm. A copy of the Proposed Plan may also be inspected at Nagle’s Bruff Post Office, Nagle’s Supermarket Bruff and the Public Libraries in Bruff, Dooradoyle and the Granary during opening hours. The Proposed Plan will also be available on Limerick County Council’s web site at www.lcc.ie/Planning/Local_Area_Plans/Proposed+Local+Area+Plans/
The Proposed Plan will be on display from 8th April 2006 to 22nd May 2006 inclusive.
As part of this process a public workshop and information evening has been organised for Thursday, 27th April 2006 from 4:30pm to 9:00pm in the primary school, Scoil Dean Cussen, Bruff and you are invited to attend and become involved in the preparation of the Local Area Plan.
The Plan may also be purchased for the price of €12.00 from the Council Offices or the Area Office.
Any objections or representations with respect to the Proposed Local Area Plan for Bruff, made in writing, to the Forward Planning Section, Planning and Development Dept., Limerick County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick and received before 3.30pm on 22nd May 2006 will be taken into consideration before the Local Area Plan is made.
