NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 13(8) of the above Acts that on 20th December 2011 the Council of the County of Limerick, being the Planning Authority for County Limerick, made variations to the Limerick County Development Plan 2010-2016 in order to incorporate the Joint Housing Strategy, a revised core strategy and zoning maps for Montpelier and Fedamore. The variations came into effect on 20th December 2011.
Copies of the varied County Development Plan 2010-2016 may be inspected at the locations listed below:

A copy of the varied Limerick County Development Plan 2010-2016 can be purchased at the Planning & Development Department, County Hall, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick and may be viewed on Limerick County Council’s web site: www.lcc.ie . A copy of the varied plan will also be available to purchase on disc format.
