Notice is hereby given that Limerick County Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, applying temporary speed limits at the locations listed hereunder during the period 28th August, 2009 to 31st July, 2010 to facilitate construction of Rossbrien Interchange on the Southern Ring Road Phase II Scheme:
Reduced Speed Limit from 120km/h to 60km/h on the
Dublin Bound Carriageway (M7) at a start point 809m east of the Rossbrien Roundabout for a distance of 100m.
Limerick Bound Carriageway (M7) at a start point 909m east of the Rossbrien Roundabout for a distance of 100m.
Limerick Bound Carriageway (M20) at a start point 790m south of the Rossbrien Roundabout for a distance of 100m.
Cork Bound Carriageway (M20) at a start point 690m south of the Rossbrien Roundabout for a distance of 100m.
Reduced Speed Limit from 120km/h to 50km/h on the
Limerick Bound Carriageway (M7) at a start point 709m east of the Rossbrien Roundabout, continuing along the new slip road on to the M20 heading south to an end point 690m south of the Rossbrien Roundabout.
Limerick Bound Carriageway (M7/M20) at a start point 709m east of the Rossbrien Roundabout, continuing along the existing carriageway on to the M20 heading south to an end point 690m south of the Rossbrien Roundabout.
Limerick Bound Carriageway (M20/M7) at a start point 690m south of the Rossbrien Roundabout, continuing on to the M7 heading east to an end point 809m east of Rossbrien Roundabout.
The County Manager shall have regard to any representations that are made to him in relation to the Road Works Speed Limit Orders.
