Road Traffic Act 2004 
Road Works Speed Limit Order



In accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, notice is hereby given that a Road Works Speed Limit Order has been made applying temporary speed limits, in the interest of road safety, at road works on the N7 Nenagh Bypass applying the following Road Works Speed Limits.

A temporary speed limit of 100km/h will apply to road works on N7 (Nenagh) from a point 2143m south west of the junction of R445 with the N7, Knockalton Lower, Nenagh, for a distance of 350m to a point 1793m south west of the junction of R445 with the N7, Knockalton Lower, Nenagh. The area of works is on the N7 Nenagh Bypass. 

A temporary speed limit of 80km/h will apply to road works on N7 (Nenagh) from a point 1793m south west of the junction of R445 with N7, Knockalton Lower, Nenagh, for a distance of 350m to a point 1443m south west of the junction of R 445 with the N7, Ballintotty, Nenagh. The area of works is on the N7 Nenagh Bypass.

A temporary speed limit of 60km/h will apply to road works on N7, (Nenagh) from a point 1443m south west of the junction of R445 with the N7, Ballintotty, Nenagh for a distance of 1243m to a point 200m south west of the junction of R 445 with the N7, Knockahunna, Nenagh. The area of the works is on the N7, Nenagh Bypass
 
The above speed limits will apply from 10th December, 2009 to 26th October 2010.

The County Manager shall have regard to any representations that are made to him in relation to the Road Works Speed Limit Order.
