In accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 - 2008, Limerick County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, to declare the roads set out in the schedule hereunder to be public roads.
Maps showing these roads will be available for public inspection in the Planning Section, County Hall, Dooradoyle, between the hours of 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and in Annacotty, Kilmallock and Rathkeale Area Offices during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays) during the period from Saturday 19th September, 2009 to Friday 16th October, 2009
Any objections or representations in relation to the proposed take over made in writing to the Director of Services, Planning and Development, before 3.30p.m. on Friday, 30th October, 2009, will be considered prior to making any declarations.
