Register of Electors


Limerick County Council, as registration authority for Limerick City Environs and County, is required to prepare a register of electors(voting register) each year. You can help to ensure the register is accurate by providing us with up-to-date and accurate information.

Supplement to the Register

To apply, please fill out the appropriate form (New Application - RFA2 or Change of Address - RFA3).
In order to qualify, you must meet the citizenship, residence and age requirements that apply to the register concerned.

 

Application for entry in the supplement must be received by the Registration Authority at least 15 working days before polling day to be considered for that election or referendum.

Supplement application forms must be received for upcoming Referendum by 4.30 p.m. on Monday 14th May, 2012

 

The closing date for postal voters to be included in the supplement is three days after the day the order for an election or referendum is signed. Persons entered into the supplement are entitled to vote at elections and referenda held during the currency of the register.
