Flooding Awareness
The Office of Public Works has set up two websites to deal with flooding matters.
Information in relation to areas of the country that may be prone to flooding can be accessed at www.floodmaps.ie.
Practical information in relation to the dangers of flooding and the measures that can be taken to minimise the damage caused by such flooding can be accessed at www.flooding.ie.
These websites and other information can also be accessed through the OPW website at www.opw.ie.
