This is where a group of two or more households get together to provide themselves with sewerage facilities where no such facilities (or seriously deficient facilities) already exist.
In the case of group sewerage schemes the rate of grant is 75% of the approved cost, subject to a limit of €2031.58 per domestic connection is available for all eligible works.
